A Playful & Meaningful Team Retreat in Singapore’s Nature.

The Wildwood Escape

Nature Den was created to be a place of Shade, Shelter, and Nourishment.

In a world of constant noise and demands, we offer the shade to pause and step away, the shelter of a thoughtfully held relational space, and the nourishment that comes from time spent in nature.

Our retreats are immersive, sensory experiences designed by Asia’s first approved Therapeutic Outdoor Practitioner to help teams slow down, reconnect with one another, and rediscover what truly matters.

The Vision

How well do you actually know your team?

At Nature Den Singapore, we believe that changing the setting can change the conversation.

Step out of the digital hum and into the forest. Notice what changes when there is no meeting room, no screen, and no familiar routine to follow.

You may notice different strengths. Hear different stories. See how people respond when there isn't an obvious answer.

That's where Wildwood Escape begins.

The Four Pillars of Wildwood Escape

PRESENCE

Step away from the pace and noise of everyday work and arrive fully in the moment.

A different environment can change how we notice one another, listen and communicate.

CONNECTION

REFLECTION

Pause, notice what emerged and consider what might be worth carrying back into everyday life.

Curated Locations

Alexandra Forest

Lush, immersive, and highly accessible hidden trails in the heart of the city.

Lazarus Island

White sands, expansive views, and a real island getaway for a true escape.

What We Bring

Featured in a documentary
Our therapeutic approach with children and families was featured in a Tuesday Report documentary. We’re bringing the same depth of nature-based, sensory and relational practice into experiences for professional teams.

Practitioner-led
Our experiences are designed by trained Nature Den practitioners, with a focus on presence, connection and relational safety.

Thoughtfully held
Safety is part of the experience, not an afterthought. We have established outdoor safety practices and public liability insurance in place for every session.

Something to take home
We capture moments from the day through photography and invite each participant to reflect through a personal e-reflection journal — so the experience doesn't simply end when you leave the forest.

  • “It was wonderful beyond imagination. I enjoyed the forest crafts most - weaving was really enjoyable, and the shared outdoor experience was great. The food tasted extra delicious.”

Curate Your Team’s Wildwood Escape

What would your team talk about if there were no meeting room?

We don't begin with a formula for team building. We begin with a question.

Every Wildwood Escape begins with a conversation about where your team is now. From there, we shape the experience around the question you want to explore - whether you want space to pause, a different way to work together, or simply a day away from the usual.

From a 3-hour escape to a full-day adventure, we create the conditions for something different to emerge: new conversations, unexpected perspectives, shared challenges, and perhaps a little more understanding of the people you work with every day.

You bring the team. We’ll hold the space.
