Reclaim the Joy of Connection
A Soul-Nourishing Forest Experience for Ages 5+
If your child has been feeling disconnected, overstimulated, or overwhelmed by the pressure of modern life, NatureFlow offers them the space to breathe, play, and reconnect with their natural joy.
Over four unforgettable days in the "un-manicured" wild of Alexandra Forest, your child will find freedom from screens, pressure, and performance anxiety.
The NatureFlow Promise:
Calm the Mind: Mindful adventures that lower cortisol and reduce stress.
Move the Body: Physical play that builds strength, resilience, and coordination.
Light Up the Heart: Rediscovering wonder and confidence through child-led play.
Find the Rhythm: Tuning in to their own pace, free from the rush of schedules.
By the end of the season, your child won't just have "spent time outside"—they will return more grounded, more confident, and ready to face the school term with a renewed sense of self and deeper friendships.

New in 2026: Practitioner Insight Add-On
For parents who would like a deeper window into their child’s experience in NatureFlow, we offer the Practitioner Insight Add-On.
What is it?
A Relational Method™ (RM) Practitioner joins the camp for 2 hours on your chosen day, gently accompanying your child in play and participation. This allows for a grounded, in-the-moment understanding of how your child engages, connects, and comes alive in a natural forest setting.
This is not an assessment, but a supportive lens to help you better understand your child’s unique way of being in the world.
What you receive:
Gentle Attunement Time:
2 hours of practitioner presence within the flow of the camp, observing through participation and relational engagement.
The Relational Insight Note:
A 1-page narrative reflection shared with you after the session, highlighting your child’s natural strengths, relational patterns, and ways of engaging with the environment and peers.
Practical Reflections:
Simple, non-clinical suggestions to support your child’s emotional regulation, confidence, and transition between home, school, and natural environments.
Investment: $250 per session

What Our Young Campers Say
“I like the sounds of nature, all so different and interesting! It made me feel happy. (I learnt) that it is ok to fall as we can pick ourselves up. When is my next forest school?”
— Esther, 5
“(I learnt) that we must protect the forest because it is part of our world. Nature and man can help each other. I like that we went to a different part of Clementi Forest, I did not (know that) it is so huge. I cannot wait to go for my next Forest School!”
— Ruth, 8
“It makes me feel happy to be in the forest. Everything in the forest makes me happy. I liked everything. I want to share the experience in the tunnel to my friends.”
— Chloe, 5
“I think the most important lesson (from the camp) is the beauty of life, because if there is no life, i would not see all the interesting things in the forest. My shoes became very wet and I was definitely connected to the mud. It was a reminder of how indigenous forest people might live without shoes.”
— Tyler
