Mainstream environments can be loud, demanding, and overwhelming for a sensitive nervous system. The Therapeutic Pod is designed for children who need a low-demand, high-attunement space to simply be.

Led by our Senior Practitioner, this is an intentional forest immersion at Alexandra Forest where we prioritize co-regulation over performance.

Our Approach: The Relational Learning™ Framework

We work with the forest as a living environment that supports each child’s natural patterns of regulation, connection, and play. The focus is not on fixing behaviour, but on understanding what it is communicating.

1:3 Practitioner Ratio
Enabling close, responsive attunement and emotional safety within the group.

Sensory-Based Outdoor Learning
Using natural terrain, movement, and texture as part of grounding, regulation, and exploration.

Paced, Child-Led Flow
We follow the child’s readiness and energy, allowing for rest, engagement, and withdrawal as needed.

Low-Pressure Environment
We reduce performance demands and structured expectations so that curiosity, social connection, and confidence can re-emerge naturally.

Your investment includes intentional, considered updates to help you stay connected to your child’s experience.

The Investment & Logistics

  • Location: Alexandra Forest (The Specialist Immersion Site)

  • Duration: 2.5-Hour Intensive Sessions

  • Group Size: Strictly limited to 3 children per pod.

  • Fee: $1,800 (10 weeks)
