Nature Den Family Days at Alexandra Forest:

Level 1 – The Art of Belonging

A guided forest experience to help you and your child slow down, reconnect, and find your natural rhythm together.

Facilitated by trained Therapeutic Outdoor Practitioner

An Exhale from the City

In a fast-paced environment like Singapore, it’s easy to feel the constant pull of noise, schedules, and expectations.

Nature Den Family Days are an invitation to step away from that—and into a space where both you and your child can settle, breathe, and simply be.

This is not a playground.
It is a gently held space for connection, regulation, and belonging.

Why Belonging Comes First

At Nature Den, we believe meaningful growth happens when children—and their grown-ups—feel a true sense of belonging.

Before skills, before outcomes, before achievement—
there must be safety, rhythm, and connection.

This is the foundation we build together.

We’ve designed our Family Days as a progressive experience—supporting both you and your child to grow in connection with nature, and with each other.

Our Two-Step Journey

Level 1: The Art of Belonging (Now Launching)
SGD 0.00

This is our foundation.

As Therapeutic Forest Practitioners, we guide families into a slower, more attuned way of being in nature.

We support you to:

  • Find a calm, unhurried pace

  • Observe and understand your child’s natural movement

  • Experience meaningful, restorative time together

Research shows that 120 minutes in nature can be deeply restorative to the human mind.
We create the conditions for that time to truly land.

Level 2: The Forest Craft Series (Coming Soon)
SGD 0.00

This is where we move into mastery.

Inspired by parents in our community, this series explores crafting, making, and working with the hands as a pathway to:

  • Relaxation

  • Confidence

  • A sense of achievement

It is not just for children—
it is a space where adults rediscover their own creativity.

The Nature Den Experience

We don’t treat nature as a backdrop.

We create a held outdoor environment where families can slow down, reconnect, and engage with each other in a more present way.

What shapes this experience:

  • Small, intentionally curated groups

  • High practitioner-to-family ratio

  • Responsive, in-the-moment facilitation

  • Space for both child-led exploration and guided reflection

Our facilitators are trained in therapeutic forest practice, with a focus on supporting regulation, connection, and relational safety in outdoor settings.
